These Terms of Use ("Terms") explain how you may access and use the Traffic Cloaking platform, tools and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we provide the Service to

Traffic Cloaking is designed for media buyers, affiliates and performance marketing teams who manage online advertising campaigns. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding contracts to use the Service.

2. Your account and access

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you should change your password and contact support as soon as possible.

3. Acceptable use and restrictions

You are fully responsible for how you use the Service and for the traffic you send through it. In particular, you agree that you will not use Traffic Cloaking to:

• break any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
• promote content that is clearly illegal or harmful, including serious crime, violence or abuse;
• run campaigns in verticals that you are not legally allowed to promote in your target GEOs;
• attack, overload or otherwise harm the operation of any third-party service;
• attempt to bypass or disrupt our technical protections, security checks or monitoring systems.

You are responsible for checking and following the rules of each advertising platform you work with (for example Meta, Google, TikTok, native networks or others).

4. No guarantee of campaign approval

Traffic Cloaking is a technical tool that routes traffic based on rules you configure. We cannot guarantee that your campaigns or accounts will be approved, remain active or avoid review or suspension. Advertising platforms and other partners may change their policies and detection methods at any time.

5. Plans, billing and cancellations

Details of available plans, usage limits and prices are shown inside the dashboard or on our pricing page. Charges are usually made in USD through accepted payment methods such as bank cards or selected cryptocurrencies.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel future renewals from the billing section of your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period.

6. Refunds

We normally do not issue refunds for periods that have already been billed, especially where the Service has been available and functioning. However, if a clear technical problem on our side prevents normal use of the platform, you can contact support to explain the issue. We may review your case under our internal refund policy.

7. Service changes and availability

We may update or change parts of the Service at any time, for example by adding new features, adjusting limits or improving security. We try to keep downtime low, but we cannot guarantee that the Service will be available at every moment.

8. Data, privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. Our Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies. By using the Service, you agree that we may process data in line with those policies.

9. Intellectual property

The Traffic Cloaking name, branding, code, documentation and designs are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform as long as you follow these Terms and pay any applicable fees. You may not copy, resell or attempt to create a competing service using our code or content.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we do not make promises about specific results, revenue, approvals or outcomes from using Traffic Cloaking.

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, campaign bans or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make meaningful changes we will adjust the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify active account holders through the dashboard or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
